Training and Development
We encourage our staff to improve their skills and knowledge throughout their career. Our training and development program includes:
- Structured induction training for all new starters
- Training & Development plan for all staff members
- Support for CA and other post graduate programs
- Monthly tax technical training
- Informal coaching and mentoring programs
- Opportunities to specialise in areas such as Superannuation and Tax
Training programs are monitored in an on-going basis to ensure the courses offered are relevant and up to date. We use a combination of in-house and external service providers to ensure development needs are met from both a technical and soft-skill perspective.
