Geoff Vince

B.Comm, FCA Geoff delivers a personalised service to each client, drawing on his wide experience in a range of business industries including property development, manufacturing and professional services. He is well-known for his unique talent for rapid business analysis. He can quickly identify problem areas to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that will result in a strong, healthy business. Geoff predominantly advises our small to medium-sized business clients. He supports our clients in every aspect of business management, from the fundamentals of taxation, auditing and superannuation through to management, business development, succession planning and wealth creation. Geoff is also regularly engaged to value businesses in numerous industries in various capacities including acting as adviser to purchasers and/or vendors, disputes between joint owners and in property settlements pursuant to marital disputes. He has also been engaged on numerous occasions as an expert witness for civil proceedings and to assess damages. Geoff is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Registered Auditor with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission. He served as Chairman of the Finance Committee for a community charity for in excess of ten years.  He enjoys a range of sports including rugby league, golf and most sports in general. < back to Our Partners
