The International Accounting Group (TIAG)
ESV Chartered Accountants is a proud member of the International Accounting Group (TIAG). TIAG is a leading alliance of independent accounting firms that offer a high quality of professional advice and service to our clients across the globe.
With the international boundaries of our clients needs continually expanding, the ability to source independent high quality advice in multiple foreign jurisdictions is an important aspect of our service offering.
ESV became a founding member of TIAG back in January 2003 with a view to join like minded firms in dealing with international transactions, advice and guidance on local laws and regulations, tax issues, cultural implications and the establishment of appropriate entities abroad. Whilst each firm is independent, and as such legal risk mitigated, a clear mandate of the TIAG alliance includes a high degree of technical and professional standards.
A distinguishing feature of TIAG is that it operates in parallel with TAGLaw, a sister network of worldwide law firms which is among the five largest legal networks in the world. This integrated approach between the two networks ensures that we have access to a unique blend of global resources for our clients.
There are currently in excess of 90 TIAG members in over 55 countries and with the combined alliance of TIAG and TAGLaw, our firm has the ability to source in excess of 8,000 professionals from 220 member firms across 90 countries.
As a TIAG member, we have the global reach to offer you an exceptional level of support and expertise in almost any legal, accounting or business issue, anywhere in the world.

PCAOB
As part of our commitment to provide international services to companies and foreign organisations, ESV is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) in the United States of America.
The PCAOB Is a US Private Sector, non profit-organisation, created by Sarbanes Oxley Act 2002, to oversee the auditors of public companies in the US as well as subsidiaries and businesses thereof.
As a result of this registration ESV can act for subsidaries of listed US companies, even when the company is a 'substantial' part of the group.
