About David Prichard
David provides general taxation services for businesses and individuals, including tax planning, structuring, corporate reorganisations, tax governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional matters. He has extensive experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including fast-moving consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution and IT.
David specialises in corporate groups, family groups, tax losses, withholding tax, transaction structuring, international tax and capital gains tax. He prides himself on being accessible and approachable, and is committed to giving his clients the best possible advice and support.
David works closely with our Forensic team, proving expert reports in support of various matters.
By taking the time to build a close working relationship, David develops a deep understanding of clients’ objectives and issues before delivering practical and timely advice based on his commercial experience.
David is a Chartered Tax Adviser, Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK), and is an Affiliate member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
When he isn’t providing taxation advice, David spends time with his family and catching up on the rugby and football (which some prefer to call soccer).
