Our history
In 1973, our founding partners, Graham Einfeld and Robert Symonds, set up their first Sydney-based accounting firm. ESV was born when they merged with Bouris Dowd Vince in 1990.
Since then, ESV has continued to grow in terms of people, specialities and experience. But even as we’ve expanded, we’ve retained our small-firm, hands-on approach, taking the time to get to know our clients’ businesses just as well as they do.
We are a firm that proudly offers a diverse range of services to our clients in Advisory, Taxation, Audit, and a host of value-added services that have evolved including Outsourced CFO and Family Office services to support our clients as they grow. We have an experienced Senior Leadership Team and 80+ dedicated team members, who work with multiple clients across Australia and the world. We are a leading business advisory and accounting firm, who pride themselves on knowing your name when you call or visit.

This relationship gives us access to more than 18,000 professionals from around 290 member firms in 105 countries.
As a TIAG member, we have the global reach to offer you an exceptional level of support and expertise in almost any legal, accounting or business issue, anywhere in the world. This includes international transactions, local laws and regulations, foreign tax issues, cultural implications and establishing appropriate entities abroad.
